Great ideas..thanks for sharing!:)
It all takes a bit of creativity. I'm so glad we are returning to using it. I do appreciate a gift that shows thought and I like to do likewise.
When my grown nephew was pretty ill - I did buy a photo album for $1.00 - and I filled it with some of the childhood photos he may not remember (or want to remember) - he was thrilled (and I know it made him feel better)!
This is a good idea - to share more ideas. Thanks!
Thanks for a great idea hub. thanks for sharing. creativeone59
These are all great ideas and I love the Dollar Tree! One thing I've done in the past is get a coffee mug and put a few packets of hot chocolate or cappuccino inside along with my Christmas photo and tied a red ribbon around the handle of the mug. I just love doing things like that!
I hear ya, girlfriend! I've found some great books at Dollar Tree!
I love the dollar tree stores. It is truly amazing what you can find. One of my favorite things to buy is school supplies for my classroom. Right now I am looking for photo albums to make scrapbooks for my students. I would like to know if there are any large photo albums in the dollar tree stores now?
You have to watch what you buy at the Dollar Stores. A lot of times there is lead in the stuff and also the toys are made cheap and can break, children can choke on the pieces. Other then that I like to buy outdoors decorations there. It cost a dollar, if it gets ruined, you can through it away. I did a hub on the candy recall. It was candy that was shipped to Dollar Stores
I have also noticed, when i bought coffee cups from there, there would be black marks in the cup, like where the spoon hits it left a mark. So I don't buy them there anymore.
This is soooo GREAT! I have such a very tiny budget this year BUT this WILL work! I thought about doing wine glasses with candles as well and basket filed with soaps, salts and scrubs. This is very very fantastic!!!! I am officially excited!
Great ideas!! My budget for Christmas this year is very low. I have decided that this year, I want Christmas to be all about the true meaning of the holiday and not all about the gifts and stuff...However, once again I find myself already obsessing over what I can get everybody and I find it dampening my Christmas mood already!! So your ideas have come to the rescue!!! THANK YOU!!!
Hi. I love that the dollar tree is cheap but I'm only 11 and Im tring to find a good present for my (I hate to say it) boyfriend. If you have any ideas piease tell me.I have only 10 bucks and he gets me presents all the time.THANK YOU!!!!
Brilliant article! It really helped me to gain an idea on what particulars to think about when choosing an appropriate gift. Thanks for the supportive sharing!
